I enjoyed my time at Metro Extended Stay. The staff were always smiling, always helpful. The room was a room, nothing special, but priced fairly. I recommend.
First off let me start by saying I love the location, it’s near everything! Secondly, the rooms are always nice and clean. I rent a room here every weekend so I can confidently say that the staff is absolutely amazing: I have experience with all of them, but the GM, Victoria is who I deal with the most and I can’t express my gratitude enough on how comfortable she strives to assure that I am on each visit. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, so they definitely tilt the scale. It’s the price, customer service, clean rooms, and location that keeps me coming back. I have really enjoyed all of my stays. Oh, and needless to say each week I’m in a different room, but they all have been on point!
This place is great the staff is friendly the rooms are clean no bugs I mean no bugs lol it’s quiet this place is newly renovated I love it here

This hotel is now open after extensive renovations. The Staff is friendly and attentive, The property is clean, safe and quiet. Would highly recommend.
First time here and rooms are actually remodeled. Clean. Nice. I hate the pillows got my back in pain but the room is clean. It has internet great. Have a special smoke place not that great so I got the the street. But it's right by stores restaurants and drinks. I'll be staying here as long as I can. It's better than live inn lodge and a few on northwest Pkwy at delk and Franklin. If you know you know.
Great place and friendly staff. Fair pricing and newly furnished rooms. I've had a great stay here thus far. Plus, no bugs and it's fully furnished. The GM is the best. Ask to speak with Victoria if possible. I seem to have found my new temporary home. Be blessed. Thank you all.
